Our installation process is structured, methodical and focused on long-term reliability — not speed.
We review risks, building layout, access, cable routes, power, network availability and the practical requirements of the installation.
Equipment selection, device positioning and cable architecture are planned around the property, security objectives and future requirements.
The system is installed carefully by experienced engineers, with attention to cable management, equipment positioning and site presentation.
Every device is configured and tested before the system is documented, demonstrated and handed over with user guidance.
Complete Installation Service
Every WESEC installation is completed as a full professional service. We do not simply fit equipment and leave. The system is carefully installed, configured, tested and handed over so that it is ready for reliable day-to-day use.
All cameras, detectors, readers, intercom panels and control equipment are positioned and secured carefully. Device placement is checked against the agreed design and adjusted where required to achieve the intended performance.
Cables are routed as neatly and discreetly as the property allows. Where practical, cables are concealed, correctly supported and clearly identified to simplify future maintenance and expansion.
Equipment is programmed around the property and the way the system will be used. This may include alarm zones, access permissions, camera recording, notifications, schedules and system integration.
Every device and system function is tested before handover. We verify detection, recording, communication, access operation, alerts, power supplies and network connectivity where applicable.
Where the system supports remote access, we help configure the relevant mobile application and demonstrate the main features, including live viewing, notifications, arming, disarming or answering intercom calls.
The completed system is demonstrated to the customer, with practical guidance on daily use. Relevant system details, configuration information and handover documentation are provided where required.
Experienced Installation Team
We combine practical engineering experience with careful installation standards, clear documentation and long-term support.
Real-world experience across residential, commercial and complex security projects.
Systems are planned around how the property operates, not just how it looks on paper.
Neat routes, clear identification and sensible provision for future changes or expansion.
System information, configuration details and handover records are provided clearly.
Your installation includes an initial maintenance visit to help keep the system performing reliably.
Installation for Every Environment
Every property has different security risks, operating requirements and installation challenges. WESEC installs systems for residential, commercial and managed properties, with each solution adapted to the building and the people using it.
Security systems designed around entrances, gardens, garages, driveways and internal areas. Installations are planned to remain discreet while providing reliable protection and simple everyday control.
CCTV, alarms, access control and intercom systems for offices, receptions, shared areas, staff entrances and restricted locations. Systems can be configured around working hours and staff access requirements.
Security installations for customer areas, tills, entrances, stockrooms and staff-only spaces. Systems can support incident review, theft prevention and safer day-to-day operation.
Robust systems for large internal areas, loading bays, yards, vehicle entrances, machinery zones and perimeters. Installations are planned around practical cable routes and demanding site conditions.
Intercom, access control, CCTV and alarm systems for communal entrances, corridors, car parks and shared spaces. Systems can be designed for multiple users, tenants and building managers.
Security systems installed as part of new-build, extension or refurbishment works. We coordinate with builders, electricians, architects and other contractors to ensure cabling and equipment are installed at the correct stage.
Professional Finish
A security installation should perform reliably without looking unfinished. We plan equipment positions, cable routes and mounting methods carefully, with attention to both system performance and the appearance of the property.
Cabling is routed carefully, concealed where practical and supported with suitable containment where visible.
Cameras, detectors, readers, intercoms and control equipment are fixed securely and positioned for reliable operation.
Key cables and system connections are identified clearly to simplify servicing, fault finding and future expansion.
Work areas are left tidy, equipment is cleaned and the completed installation is presented professionally.
The Right Approach for Your Site
Not every site requires a full replacement. We assess your existing system and recommend the most sensible approach based on condition, compatibility, performance and future requirements.
Best when the current system is no longer suitable.
Best where useful equipment can be retained.
Each camera, detector, reader, door lock, intercom station, sounder and control device is tested individually. Faults, communication issues and incorrect settings are resolved before handover.
We test the complete operating sequence of the system, including alarms, recording, access permissions, notifications, entry communication, remote access and any integration between systems.
CCTV views and detection areas are reviewed after installation. Camera angles, recording settings, motion detection and notification zones are adjusted to improve performance and reduce unnecessary alerts.
Power supplies, batteries, network connections and communication paths are checked to confirm that the system operates reliably under normal conditions.
We explain how to operate the system, use the app, manage users and respond to common events. The handover is practical and focused on the features the customer will actually use.
Relevant equipment details, settings, user information and installation notes are recorded. Any remaining recommendations or future improvements are clearly explained.
Long-Term System Support
A security system should remain reliable long after the installation is complete. WESEC provides ongoing support, servicing and maintenance to help keep systems operating correctly and to identify problems before they become failures.
We remain available after installation to answer questions, assist with app access and help customers become familiar with the system.
New WESEC installations include a first-year maintenance visit, unless stated otherwise in the quotation. The system is inspected, tested and reviewed after it has been in normal use.
Regular servicing helps identify battery deterioration, damaged devices, communication faults, poor camera views and other issues that may affect reliability.
Where supported by the system, some configuration changes, connection issues and user questions may be resolved remotely without an immediate site visit.
If equipment develops a fault, we can diagnose the problem and advise whether repair, replacement or upgrade is the most sensible option.
Systems can often be expanded with additional cameras, detectors, users, doors or intercom devices as the property or security requirements change.
Installation Questions
Answers to common questions about equipment, cabling, timescales, mobile apps, system handover and ongoing maintenance.
In some cases, yes, provided the equipment is suitable, complete and compatible with the proposed system. We may need to inspect the equipment or review the exact models before confirming installation. Warranty responsibility for customer-supplied equipment remains with the supplier or manufacturer.
Yes. We can work from existing drawings, specifications or equipment schedules. We will review the information before installation and advise if any practical changes are required.
Where practical, cables are concealed within lofts, voids, existing routes or suitable containment. Some properties may require visible cable routes, trunking or external cabling. We explain the proposed routes before installation wherever possible.
The timescale depends on the number of devices, property size, cable routes, access and the type of system being installed. A small residential installation may be completed within a day, while larger or integrated systems may require several days or multiple installation stages.
Many modern CCTV, alarm, access control and intercom systems support mobile applications. App access depends on the selected equipment, internet connection and manufacturer services. We configure and demonstrate the app where it is included.
Yes. CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and intercoms can be installed together as an integrated project. Coordinating the systems can improve cable planning, equipment locations and overall operation.
Yes. The system is demonstrated during handover. We explain the main controls, app functions, user management and the most important daily procedures.
Yes. We offer annual servicing, maintenance plans, repairs, remote assistance and system upgrades. New installations normally include a first-year maintenance visit where stated in the quotation.
Yes. Many installations are completed in occupied homes, offices and commercial premises. We plan the work to reduce disruption and discuss access, working hours and sensitive areas before installation.
Old equipment can usually be removed as part of the agreed scope. In some cases, existing cabling or serviceable equipment may be retained if it is suitable and provides a better-value solution.
